how we handle and deliver your purchase



This website illustrates samples of the designs that I currently make, however, as all items are handmade by me no two pieces will ever be completely identical. Equally, because my work is all made by hand the colours used and, for example, chain/collar sizes of most items can usually be made to suit the individual purchaser.

All items are delivered by special delivery and packaged in a matt black pillow box accompanied by a postcard showing the work of the designer maker.

Where the item is being sent as a gift, I am happy to additionally gift wrap the item in co-ordinating tissue paper and include a short stamped message from the purchaser at no extra charge.

Custom Lines

Seed jewellery is carefully and lovingly designed and crafted by hand, ultimately offering my customers, bespoke statement pieces that compliment the individual.  My custom line is designed around your requirements. As a multi-disciplinary maker I offer a range of media that can be customised into something special.  All pieces seen on my website are open to customer personalisation, or if you have a design you wish to discuss please contact me.


How do i pay for my goods

You can order online through my shopping cart and pay through the website using PayPal which is safe, secure and fast. I accept all major credit and debit cards.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to order– you will just be directed to a secure payment page where you can either sign in to your existing PayPal account, or securely enter your card details. This method assures you of security and confidentially. Using this system I have no access to your credit card information, I simply receive a notification that the amount has been debited.


My payment provider PayPal handles payments securely but alternatively you can post your order accompanied by a cheque with your card details written on the back.

If you choose to pay by cheque (UK only) simply select ‘cheque’ at the checkout and you will be given an address to post your payment to. I will post your order as soon as my bank has processed the cheque but please note this can take around 5-7 days from the time I receive it.

Contract Cancellation

If you are not happy with items you have chosen and received, you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the products (excluding made to order/personalised items). Please note however that I pride myself on my commitment to the highest levels of customer service and will consider cases on a case by case basis, subject to the situation, after this period.


Cancelling an order before dispatch

If you change your mind after placing an order you can cancel it or, where it consists of a number of items, any part of an order, any time before I send you the despatch confirmation. No charges will be incurred. Please contact me and provide your name, address and order number to cancel your order.

Returns Policy

I hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you are not satisfied and wish to return your purchase please do so prior to wearing it, in its original box and by recorded delivery within 7 working days of receipt. Unfortunately the cost of the return postage is not refundable. I will refund the full cost of the item, minus any P&P charged at the time of order, within 30 days of receiving your written notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Please ensure to take care of these items while in your possession, and that any stock returned is in perfect condition ensuring your receipt is enclosed. Seed Designs will not be held responsible for items missing in transit.

If an item arrives damaged due to postal transit please contact us to file a claim with the post office – the item must be photographed in order to make the claim.
